Some of Today's Finds, Playfully :)

#1 - Kate Spade Belt. Polished! Neat and tidy. (ETA: You might need to size up depending on wear on your body you like to wear a belt).

#2 - Fab with my Taupe Furla, Ivory Furla, and gold Ecco sneakers.

#3 - Gold Ecco sneakers - see how SUBTLE the gold is! It's described as WHITE gold for good reason.

Wearing them here with 10 year old white bootcut KUT jeans and a 17 year old gold belt. Rise feels very low after wearing high rises for years ! :)

#4 - Naya citron pumps fit seamlessly into my wardrobe. I can JUST manage the heel height. HALF a SIZE down from my regular size, and still a little wide on me. YET! Miraculously stable and comfy.

#5 - Quick try on with a new dress to make sure I love the pumps. I do! And Jo wants to play with her turtle.

Hope that was helpful in some way! xo

Oh My Word - Jo and her turtle - love!!
Angie that belt is really stunning.  Why would you size up though?  Curious to know with regard to the fit of my own belts.  The gold sneakers are fably light gold aren't they.  Not tooo flashy, just right.   The belt is such a good match with your furla, and I love the outfit with the green knit - Wow that colour sure suits you and is excellent with light wash denim.

Love all these playful finds, they add so much to each outfit. Wonderful spring colour combos as well.

  • Suz replied 1 year ago

Jo with her turtle and you in your matching dress! Brilliant.

Love all of these on you, Angie. The belt has a lovely texture. The Nayas are SO fab. I wish I could find them in Canada in white, but alas, no luck so far. Love the Eccos, too - -that's a soft and neutral gold!

  • Angie replied 1 year ago

Star, this is the right size belt. I meant that as a general comment depending on where on the body you like to wear your belt. You need a bigger size if you wear a belt lower than your natural waist. Sorry for the confusion! Changed it to be clearer :)

    Dee, thank you!

Suz, I HOPE you find the Naya's in Canada!

  • Janet replied 1 year ago

All fab, but can I just tell you again how much I adore your new hair?! It suits you so well!

I want to play with Jo and her turtle now! Our dogs are too rough for toys, sadly. They get torn to pieces in no time. LOL

  • Irina replied 1 year ago

Fun, gorgeous outfits! Love the belt.

I almost missed Jo! She is so cute and but tiny! :)

  • Janet replied 1 year ago

Oh, and I ordered the Rag & Bone silver belt to try. Pricey, but I tend to keep belts forever so maybe worth the cost.

  • replied 1 year ago

:) at Jo and her turtle and your happy outfits! Ditto the hair love too!

  • Angie replied 1 year ago

Janet, thanks so much for the hair love! I am FINALLY liking it! Glad you're trying that R&B belt :) (You can get REALLY tough toys for doggies. Have you tried them?)

Irina, Jo is tiny - 5 pounds! - with a HUGE personality. She rules the Cox  Castle.

Subtiger, thanks for the hair love too!

That Kate Spade belt is really neat. It's great with the bag! Love your old Kut jeans. I know what you mean about the feel of the rise, though it doesn't look super low.
It's nice you found a pump that will work for you. It's similar to that beloved style that you had in several colors (name escapes me at the moment) and had to pass on because of the heel.

  • Angie replied 1 year ago

Sharan, you are astute! YES to every word. The Okala pumps are what you are thinking of ;)

  • LJP replied 1 year ago

Your hair is the star here . Simply beautiful . I really like that belt for your style - and the lower rise Kurt’s are still fabulous .

  • notsaf replied 1 year ago

Hello dress twin! Mine is much more oversized than yours and has a totally different (grungier!) vibe! Love seeing the difference.

  • Angie replied 1 year ago

LJP, thanks the hair love! I'm getting there, with where I want to be. The belt had my name on it ;)

Notsaf, waving at my dress twin! My dress is probably as roomy as yours. My pose - with arm stiff against the side of body is narrowing the silhouette on the body and sleeve, IYKWIM. It's a fun muu-muu! Not what I would call grungy though.....

  • replied 1 year ago

Spring fabulousness! Awesome belts and turtle :)

  • Vildy replied 1 year ago

You look like the perfect 70s chick in #3

  • rachylou replied 1 year ago

First the dress is so cool. The colour!
    Amazing with the shoes.

Second the belt is brilliant. The bit of pattern brings a lot of snap!

  • Sal replied 1 year ago

How fun Angie! You look stunning! And that belt could be perfect for be too and a good little celebration of a work milestone!!

    Jo is unbelievably cute!!

  • Angie replied 1 year ago

Nikki, thanks, and lovely to see you!

Vildy, awesome! I adore the '70s.

Rachy, thank you! YES to patterns packing some punch.

  • BlueJay replied 1 year ago

Everything looks FAB! I love your new dress and shoes! The gold shoes are awesome, perfect shade, and the belts are great.

    Jo is so cute!

  • Cardiff girl replied 1 year ago

I know that we  are supposed to be looking at your clothes but the hair! The clothes are lovely too.

  • Suz replied 1 year ago

Oh, I loved the Okalas! Sam Edelman. I had to pass mine on, not because of the heel but because I wore them out. They were better with my blond hair anyway (one was light gold and one calf hair with brown heels). If I could find a similar shoe in silver I would jump!

  • Angie replied 1 year ago

Sal, I can see the jacquard belt work well for you! Congrats on your work milestone.

BlueJay and Cardiff Girl, thanks for the kind words!

Suz, if only they made those Okalas JUST how we want them now ;)

  • Debbie replied 1 year ago

Love your hair it is fabulous! I am interested in those sneakers. They are so cute.

  • Carol replied 1 year ago

Those jeans rock. And those yellow delicate shoes are a find. I picture myself wearing them with a mini and going out on the town.

  • slim cat replied 1 year ago

Great new pieces and beautiful pictures! Jo wins the contest of cuteness ( if there was one ;-)  ) . Your pose and your playful look in #3 - so adorable ( the hair looks divine )!

  • Jaime replied 1 year ago

What a treat! New pieces, old pieces, new hair are all gorgeous. I am partial to #3. Those are the exact cut of jeans I would love to find - 10 years old makes them even better :) !

  • Jenni NZ replied 1 year ago

Wow Angie you look amazing. I especially like the new dress.
And the pumps. They look about the heel height I can *just* manage too. I have kept some shoes of that heel height.
And Jo is very cute xx

  • Bijou replied 1 year ago

Jo and her turtle melt my heart! I love her determination to get your attention.

All of these Finds are indeed fab and look amazing on you.

  • lyn67 replied 1 year ago

I've been off yesterday, but my word you look so amazing in your new finds, Angie!! Especially love the belt echoing the metallic sneaks in their tone--the subtle (almost unrecognizable) logo motif is just the right amount of jam and the yellow block heels are to die for! (Love the photobomber(s), too:-))

  • Tanya replied 1 year ago

As usual, Jo steals the show!  She looks adorable playing with her turtle.

You are the perfect model for these Finds -everything looks incredible on.

  • RobinF replied 1 year ago

Wow, I love these! The dress is gorgeous! Love the new Eccos too, that is a great color. It looks so much brighter in the stock photo that I was ignoring it but maybe I shouldn't. And hair is fabulous!

  • Jules replied 1 year ago

    Gorgeous!

  • Cee replied 1 year ago

You're still not quite nailing the Goth look, Angie !

    ( shakes head sadly )

  • pil replied 1 year ago

    So happy and cheerful!

  • Angie replied 1 year ago

Thanks so much, everyone! Appreciate the awfully kind words.

Debbie, hope we become gold ECCO sneaker twins.

Carol, we might be citron pump twins.

Slim Cat, Bijou, and Tanya, I can never compete with Jo! She - and Sam! - always steal the show.

Tanya, you also make me blush!

Jaime, hope you find my jeans on your thrifting adventures!

JenniNZ, high five to JUST managing the same heel heights!

Lyn67, it’s a splendid subtle logo on the belt. I thought so too!

RobinF, lots of sweet praise. Stock photo colours can be off!

Jules, *waving at my dress twin*.

Cee, this is Goth-My-Way, darling! Hope you approve :)

    Pill, lovely to see you!

  • Cee replied 1 year ago

I approve, but when you do your cover version of The Awakening's " Sound of Silence " it may not quite be the right l* ...On second thoughts, give it a shot and give it your grungy best !

  • Eliza replied 1 year ago

Woohoo! Spring is indeed here. I had to go back to the wardrobe pieces after focusing on your beautiful hair. You look wonderful in all those pieces and citron loves you back! Enjoy.

  • Angie replied 1 year ago

Cee, I will do a less morose version :)

    Eliza, you are so lovely!
