WIWs: WFH

Quick snaps since I haven't posted for a while! Haven't had a chance to share my Greece wardrobe capsule and pics either. Life and work are very busy till Dec. But I'll try to share soon! 

  • I WFH some of the time, and I err on the dressy side. VERY comfortable in fluid fits, luxe fabrics, dressier bottoms, and at-home-only sneakers. Styled hair, pearls, and daily make-up. 
  • On WFH days, I am also out and about doing errands and walking doggies no matter what :) - in which case I add a topper, bag, and outside shoes.
  • I LOVE wearing wide full length pants and jeans! I feel elegant, cheeky, very comfy, and long in the legs in them. Modern Retro too. I don't wear heels, so the same length works with all my footwear. 
  • Here are two WFH outfits I wore yesterday, and right now. 
  • New houndstooth United Colours of Benetton jeans, and Wit & Wisdom brown checked pants. Different fits on me than on the models!

  •  Sam matches my lime sweater today. Jo is sticking to fuschia :) 
  • Hair wants to flip out, so I'm letting it do just that!

    Gorgeous lime sweater (and cute Sam!) and love seeing how you wear brown your way, wth brights. It's unique and special. I am completely in love with the houndstooth jeans!

    Thanks, Suz! Hope the grey version of these pants work for you too. SOOO comfy. Jeans too. No stretch! Both bottoms are crease-resistant. 

    Wearing brown with my brights feels right and is authentic :)

    I love your flipped out hair and lime green.  The hair takes me back to the 60's and trying to get my very straight hair to do that.

    To my eye the print elevates the jean- casual in addition to how you wear them.

    Indigoprint, Yes! The pattern also adds a playful touch. To my eye it's the dark wash, wide silhouette, and dressier denim fabric that elevates the jeans. I love them! :)

    You are rocking the wide-leg jeans, Angie. And wow, that green sweater! I just ordered a couple pairs of wide-leg jeans from Madewell during their 25% off "insider" event. If they work, I'm thinking of trading out a pair of jeans I didn't wear last year and maybe one other less-than-fab pair.

    Really nice -- simple but such pizzazz! I can see how a relatively subtly patterned pant can really add interest to an outfit without being over-the-top loud. You have got my wheels turning!

    I love wide-leg jeans.  I wear them a lot.  The lime top is gorgeous.  
    I remember trying to get my hair to do the flip in the '60s.  No luck.  Always went back to being straight.

    Looking sooo lovely in grass green and bright rays of sunshine! And, You  put me on work to try AGAIN some full length pants- which I generally hate on me (too dressy, not my life, etc etc)----but after seeing your fab looks lately here their obvious and drastical "lengthenning in the legs" feature have been proved more than 200%!!!- and are soooo  sooo very appealing now....

    Angie - are full length pants the new direction?  [I know we don't adhere to trends the way we used to, but I feel like pant length is a very obvious way of staying current.]. Thanks for any insights :)

    I love the cut of those pants and jeans! And your gorgeously bright yellow and lime knitwear is fabulous! Very chic WFH, as expected, Angie :). And your hair is so beautiful and healthy--I loved your hair when it was short, but this length and style really suits you too. Sam and Jo are looking stylish and adorable. I'm sure they love it when you are home all day!
